I'm not a very big wine drinker myself but if what the video claims is true, hell that is pretty cool. There has got to be some limitations on this. For instance it must be a certain kind of seal that will allow you to do this.
Basically, he claims that instead of using a cork skrew, you can simply slide the whole cap, if you will, off. Cork and all. He demonstrates it in the below video.

Actually all he is doing is removing the wrapper with his hand. I do that on the plane before I use our wall mounted corkscrews. You still need to remove the cork. It does however cut out the step of using the little foil wrapper cutter.
You know, I thought about that. How misleading. You would definitely hear the cork popping.
